01 The service

Culina is a cloud restaurant management system and point of sale (POS) covering orders, kitchen display, payments, recipes, inventory and reports.

Culina is for businesses only. By using it you confirm that you are acting for a business and are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

02 The six-month free launch offer

• One offer per venue.
• Eligible venues are restaurants, cafés and counters located in the countries listed on the signup form.
• Proof of ownership of the venue, or of your authority to act for it, is required before the offer is activated. Culina may decline an application or withdraw the offer, for example where information is incomplete or inaccurate.
• No payment card and no commitment are required to start.
• At the end of the six months your subscription pauses automatically. Your data is preserved, and you can renew at any time by contacting the Culina team.

03 Pricing and billing

• Subscriptions are priced in US dollars per till and billed annually, at the prices shown in the pricing section of the website at the time of purchase.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added where required by law.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

04 Hardware bundle promotion

The “free cashier kit worth $815” and “free cashier and kitchen kit worth $1,730” promotions are subject to the following conditions:

• Available only with a prepaid three-year plan.
• Subject to stock availability.
• Delivered through the Culina team or its authorised partners.
• Non-transferable, with no cash alternative.
• Culina may change or end the promotion at any time; orders already confirmed will be honoured.

05 Your data

You own your business data — menus, orders, recipes, inventory and reports. You can request an export at any time. We process your data only to provide and support the service, keep it secure, and handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

06 Acceptable use

• Use Culina only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not attempt to access other customers’ data, disrupt the service or reverse-engineer it.
• Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your accounts.

07 Availability and support

We work to keep Culina available at all times, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. Support is provided by the Culina team or its authorised partners.

08 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Culina is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

09 Termination

You may stop using Culina at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached or fees remain unpaid. On termination you may request an export of your data.

10 Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Culina Enterprise LLC is registered.
